Ingredients
- 30ml premium vodka
- Freshly juiced green apple (into ascorbic acid solution*)
- Fresh As Pickled Ginger, to garnish
Method
- Juice fresh green apples through a centrifugal juicer into 1 tbsp of ascorbic acid solution* per 500ml of juice — approximately 4 apples.
- Add vodka and fresh apple juice to a highball glass packed with cubed ice.
- Garnish with Fresh As Pickled Ginger.
