Order Tracking
Tracking details will be sent to the email address you provide when ordering. We use NOW couriers as our New Zealand courier partner, and EMS and DHL for international orders.
Returns
We are not obliged to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Contact needs to be made within 48 hours upon receival of your order.
Delivery
Once the parcel is with the courier, Fresh As is not responsible for any shipping delays.
